Will my courier know how to use it?

Yes. Nest-01 is completely mechanical and works with every major NZ courier company — no app, Wi-Fi, battery, key or access code required. For parcels, they open the chute, place the parcel inside and close it; it drops securely into the compartment below. For letters, A4 envelopes and magazines, mail goes through the integrated letter flap.

What happens after my parcel goes in?

It stays in. Nest-01 uses a one-way anti-theft parcel chute — opening the chute blocks access to the storage compartment below, and the parcel only drops into the secure compartment once the chute is closed. The chute itself is held shut by a strong industrial magnet, so there's no exposed parcel compartment and no key needed for delivery.
